Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in shipping your order.

Typical delivery times:

United States: 24hrs - 1 business day 
International Orders: 7 - 14 business days

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Aura of Oud is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Aura of Oud is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
